Terms of service

Who we are: the services are provided by Gabriele (carbonai.it), Hybešova 261/22, 602 00 Brno, Czechia, ID 01886096, VAT CZ683313070. Contact: privacy@carbonai.it.

Scope: technical analysis of websites, fixes, maintenance, hosting and related services. The activities, prices, billing frequency (one-time, monthly or yearly) and any options are those shown in the proposal you receive and accept when you pay.

Prices and payment: prices are shown in the proposal, in the currency and with the taxes specified there. Payment is made online through Stripe; I do not store your card details. Proposals expire on the date shown on the page. Recurring fees renew at the chosen frequency until cancelled.

Invoicing: to issue the invoice I need the details you enter at checkout. You are responsible for their accuracy.

Delivery: I carry out the agreed work with professional care. Working on your site or server may require access you provide; keep an up-to-date backup. I do not guarantee specific scores, rankings or sales.

Hosting and servers: hosting services are provided according to the features listed in the option you choose. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or causes beyond my control, announced when possible.

Cancellation: you can cancel a recurring fee at any time by writing to me; it takes effect from the next billing period, unless a minimum term was agreed in the proposal. Consumer withdrawal rights are governed by applicable law; a purchase for your professional activity is not a consumer purchase.

Liability: to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the event and excludes indirect damages and lost profit.

Personal data: processing is described in the privacy notice.

Governing law: unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply, the law of the supplier’s country applies; disputes go to the competent court under applicable law.

Changes: I may update these terms; the version valid for your purchase is the one published on the payment date.
